Planning your order or booking catering for an upcoming gathering? Here are helpful answers to the questions we receive most often.

How much advance notice is required for orders?

For everyday boxes and smaller confections, we recommend ordering 48 to 72 hours in advance. For large grazing tables, weddings, and corporate events, we suggest booking at least 4 weeks ahead to reserve your date.

Do you deliver in Petawawa and surrounding areas?

Yes, we offer local pickup and delivery free in Petawawa as well as delivery throughout Pembroke, and adjacent areas in the Upper Ottawa Valley. Delivery fees vary based on distance.

Can you accommodate dietary restrictions and allergies?

Due to the nature of our environment we do not and cannot guarantee an allergen free space nor cross-contamination at this time. We cannot cater to specific dietary restrictions due to the potential for contact. 

What comes on a standard charcuterie board?

Our boards typically feature an assortment of fine cheeses, artisan cured meats, fresh and dried fruits, nuts, fresh herbs, olives, cornichons, and custom dipped sweets or honey. Crackers and breads are served on the side.

How do custom grazing tables work?

We arrive on-site prior to your event to design and style the table with food greenery, risers, and decorative elements. Once complete, your guests can enjoy an exquisite walk-up dining experience.

Can I order custom confections for a corporate gift or party?

Yes, our chocolate-dipped confections can be customized with specific colour palettes, drizzles, and packaging to match your celebration theme or brand identity.
